Canan Melda Meriç

C. Melda Meric has been working within Koray Ayvalı Law Office as attorney-at-law, since 2005, with expertise in Turkish Petroleum Law, Turkish Administrative Law, and domestic and international commercial transactions. Kuyumcu is especially skilled in drafting and negotiation of international petroleum drilling contracts and joint operating agreements.

After having graduated from TED Ankara College in 1994 and the Law Faculty of Ankara University in 2000, Kuyumcu began her career at Prof.Dr. Metin Gunday Law Office at which she has completed her law apprenticeship, and later, worked as the Human Resources Manager in the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey. Kuyumcu has completed various legal training programs including programs for international commercial contracts, international arbitration and dispute resolution in energy industry, and legal English.

Kuyumcu, is a registered member of the Ankara Bar Association within the Union of Turkish Bars, and has advanced English and intermediate Italian.
